The Didrichsen Art Museum’s spring 2024 exhibition presents the Nordea Art Foundation Finland’s collection.
An exhibition of the Nordea Art Foundation's collection will open in Didrichsen in February 2024. The collaboration was born from the idea of creating an opportunity for the general public to discover the collection of the Art Foundation. The exhibition will include favourites from the golden age of Finnish art as well as modern art. The collection includes works by Ferdinand von Wright, Helene Schjerfbeck, Akseli Gallen-Kallela and Rut Bryk.
Art also mirrors changes in society. The exhibitiom explores the relationship between banks and art, and studies individual works in their historical context.
