11 AM–5 PM FUTURO HOUSE open to the public – free admission all day

🛸 Futuro is an elliptical plastic building designed by architect Matti Suuronen (1933–2013), embodying the experimental forms, new materials, and optimistic ideas of space-age architecture and design from the late 1960s. Futuro was a vision of its time that still captivates.

1 PM–5 PM MOCKTAIL BAR FUTURO – bartenders create delicious mocktails for everyone

🍸 At Mocktail Bar Futuro, enjoy mocktails inspired by 1960s fashion drinks! The Hotel and Restaurant Museum at Cable Factory has compiled a list of era-favorite cocktails, and VIP Bartenders from Espoo have crafted contemporary, alcohol-free versions. Price: €3.50 each.

🎸 4 PM KEIDAS– All ages and free concert!

Keidas, warming up under the rainbow of guitar rock and titled as the new Kaseva, relies on people, and loves guitar solos. Last summer, the band released their second album “Papiljottipojan paluu” and hails from Helsinki, where they have fun at their gigs. In spring 2024, Keidas is working on a new release, with previews also to be given during upcoming shows.

🎟 Saturday, May 18th, is International Museum Day, and admission to the Futuro House and other exhibitions at WeeGee is free all day. Join us and experience the spirit of space age with all your senses!
