Art Collections of the City of Rauma
Upstairs at the Rauma Art Museum permanent collection exhibition is built around the Eino Valtonen collection donated in 2009, as well as works from the contemporary art collection of the City of Rauma and the Rauma Art Museum. Valtonen's collection features works by artists from Finland's Golden Age of art, alongside selected Rauma visual artists and subjects from the turn of the century to the present day, from Akseli Gallen-Kallela to Kerttu Horila, Jaakko Niemelä, and Paavo Paunu, a total of 64 works by as many artists.
