Lecture in Finnish on the themes of the Poetic Reality exhibition
A lecture about the influence of French post-impressionism, also known as poetic realism, in the mid-20th century and its impact on Finnish art. Of Finnish artists especially Tove Jansson, Sam Vanni and Yngve Bäck were interested in this colorful movement. The lecture is in Finnish, and it will be held by Ville Lukkarinen, professor of Art History.
