Night of the Arts 13th August 2026

The museum Ett Hem will be open from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with free admission.

During the Night of the Arts, visitors of all ages are invited to draw with sidewalk chalk on the pavement between the museum Ett Hem and Astra.

The museum Ett Hem is a charming bourgeois home from the turn of the 20th century, located in the historic surroundings of Turku. This home museum, once the residence of Consul Alfred Jacobsson and his wife Hélène, is housed in a beautifully preserved building on Piispankatu, next to Turku Cathedral. The museum is furnished in the style of its era, featuring furniture, art, and textiles collected by the Jacobsson couple. The interior of the museum offers a unique glimpse into a bygone world, where visitors can peacefully admire paintings from the Golden Age of Finnish art.
