Welcome to Spend Your Autumn Holiday at Malva!

There’s plenty to do for children and the whole family at Malva. Come get inspired, explore our exhibitions, and take part in our art workshops.

Admission to Malva’s exhibitions is always free for everyone under 18, and all autumn break activities are also free of charge. Adults can participate in the workshops with a regular museum ticket.

Winter Break Programme

Sat 21 Feb, 12.00–15.00 Open Art Workshop
An open art workshop where all museum visitors are welcome to create and experiment with art.

Sat 21 Feb, 13.00–14.00 Guided Tour
Join a guided tour and explore Malva and its incredible exhibitions with a guide. The tour starts at the Malva Museum Shop and lasts about one hour.Please note that the guided tours are available in Finnish only.

Tue 24 Feb, 12.00–15.00 Open Art Workshop for Schoolchildren
This workshop is designed for school-aged children and young people. The activities are inspired by posters!

Wed 25 Feb, 12.00–14.00 Child & Adult Art Workshop
In this workshop, a child and an adult work together. The theme is posters. The workshop includes a guided visit to the exhibition and shared art-making inspired by poster art.
There is space for 20 participants. Please book a place in advance for each participant via the museum’s online shop.

Sat 28 Feb, 13.00–14.00 Guided Tour
