Riihisaari Blues 2026

Riihisaari Blues will take place for the sixth time on November 4–8, 2026, on Riihisaari Island, located within the national landscape around Olavinlinna Castle.

The main venue of the festival is a brick granary built in 1852, where a museum exhibition hall is transformed into a relaxed, living-room-style club setting. In addition to the Riihisaari museum building, events will also take place elsewhere the city.

Already one of the most distinctive music festivals in Finland, Riihisaari Blues has established itself as an important part of the autumn event season in eastern Finland.

Whether you are attending Riihisaari Blues for the first time or are a regular visitor, please note that the museum hall used as a concert venue has its own unique characteristics. The intimate space is not a traditional concert hall, and the event may include audience engagement, dancing, background chatter, and other forms of relaxed enjoyment.
