Autumn holiday art workshop: Colourful fabric printing

Design your own canvas bag or create your own artwork on canvas by painting. Workshop fee: €5.

In the workshop, you’ll use fabric paints to create designs on canvas bags, T-shirts or cotton fabric. You can later sew the painted fabric at home into a cushion cover, a pouch or a bag.
There are enough ready-made canvas bags for the first 15 participants. If you wish, you can also bring your own canvas bag, T-shirt or light-coloured fabric. The material must be light-coloured cotton or another natural fibre.

The autumn holiday non-stop workshop will take place from 12 noon to 2 pm in the art museum’s workshop space (2nd floor). Workshop fee: €5 per participant. Please wear suitable clothing for the workshop – so don’t come in your favourite clothes. Protective aprons will be provided.

Children participate in our events under the supervision of a guardian, and children under school age must always be accompanied by an adult.

Language in the workshop is Finnish but non-Finnish speakers can get guidance in English.
