You will find four attractions under the same roof: Experience Space VISIO, Science Centre Tietomaa, Oulu Museum, and Children’s Museum. They offer exhibitions, events, and other diverse activities.

There are plenty of activities outside too – at the children’s very own Adventure Factory. Also, Tiima includes a high-quality restaurant and shop.

Tiima is located in Myllytulli, right by the Oulu city centre. The building complex combines modern architecture and protected buildings. Myllytulli is an old industrial area that has turned into a modern neighborhood while preserving its historical roots.

An architecture tendering was held for the design of the new building in 2022. The tendering was won by Architecture Firm OPUS Oy and Simon Mahringer’s proposal called Loggia.
